By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products and Availability

Gold Sun Perfumes sells fragrance-related products, including perfumes, premium perfumes, roll-on attars and bakhoor.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, sizes, prices and images as accurately as possible.

However, fragrance perception varies from person to person. A customer's personal preference or dislike of a fragrance does not qualify as a product defect.

Packaging, labels or visual presentation may occasionally vary slightly without affecting the intended use or quality of the product.

Pricing

All applicable prices will be displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices, offers or discounts without prior notice. The final amount payable will be shown before order confirmation.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to an error.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is detected.
• The delivery address is incomplete or outside our serviceable area.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an applicable refund will be initiated.

Payments

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment-gateway providers such as Razorpay.

By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing and transaction information. Gold Sun Perfumes is not responsible for payment delays, declined transactions or technical issues caused by a customer's bank, UPI application or payment-gateway provider.

Shipping, Cancellation and Refunds

Order processing, delivery timelines, cancellation eligibility and refund conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including brand assets, product images, graphics, text and design elements, belongs to Gold Sun Perfumes or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Sun Perfumes will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, delayed delivery or improper handling of products after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Bhainsa, Telangana.
