Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Gold Sun Perfumes, we take care to pack and dispatch every order securely. As perfumes, attars and bakhoor are personal-use fragrance products, returns and replacements are accepted only under the conditions stated below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible using the details provided below. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered if:
- The product received is damaged, broken or leaking.
- The product received is different from the item ordered.
- An item is missing from the package.
To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging.
- A complete and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without sufficient evidence, may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns, replacements or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Dislike of a fragrance, scent preference or difference in personal perception.
- Products that have been opened, used or tested.
- Minor variations in packaging, colour or appearance that do not affect product use.
- Incorrect delivery details submitted by the customer.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Refund Process
Once a return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method used while placing the order.
After a normal refund is initiated through Razorpay, it is returned to the original payment method. Razorpay states that it may take approximately 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's bank account or card balance, depending on the bank and payment mode.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery.
