Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during unusually high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier availability.
Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes payment.

Where available, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout after the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
Gold Sun Perfumes will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated details submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a package arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a complete unboxing video.
